Meet the
Companions.

A support team built around every athlete.

The Complete Companions are built to support an athlete’s development, with each companion playing a clear role inside the Complete ecosystem. They do not replace coaches or make medical decisions. They surface patterns, explain them in plain language, and help the people around an athlete stay connected to their progress.

Cori, Accountability & Athlete Operations
Accountability & Athlete Operations

Cori

Cori is the organizer of the Complete ecosystem. She helps athletes stay on top of training plans, reminders, schedules, coach feedback, and the small daily actions that make progress compound.

Her role is simple: keep momentum from getting lost.

Helping athletes stay consistent when life gets busy.

Case, Sports Science & Performance Insight
Sports Science & Performance Insight

Case

Case is the analytical mind of Complete. She helps translate performance data, readiness trends, training history, and movement signals into plain-language insight.

Case does not replace a sports scientist, coach, physical therapist, or doctor. Her job is to help athletes and support teams better understand what Complete is seeing — where patterns are forming, what may be changing, and what questions are worth bringing back to the coach.

Best known for

Turning complex athlete data into something understandable.

Cali, Nutrition & Daily Routine
Nutrition & Daily Routine

Cali

Cali helps athletes build better fueling habits around real life. She supports nutrition logging, meal rhythm, hydration, recovery routines, and the everyday choices that affect how an athlete feels and performs.

She is not a dietitian and does not prescribe clinical nutrition plans. Instead, Cali helps athletes notice patterns, stay consistent, and connect food habits to training demands.

Best known for

Making nutrition feel simple enough to actually follow.

Cove, Recovery & Readiness
Recovery & Readiness

Cove

Cove is the calmest member of the team. He helps athletes slow down, check in with their body, and understand recovery as part of training — not a break from it.

Cove supports sleep, soreness, tightness, pain notes, recovery sessions, and readiness check-ins. He helps athletes notice when the body is giving useful signals and when those signals should be shared with a coach, guardian, or medical professional.

Best known for

Reminding athletes that recovery is part of progress.

Crew, Team Energy & Competitive Spirit

Crew is built for motivation, community, and momentum. He supports challenges, leaderboards, milestones, team updates, and the emotional lift that comes from feeling like the work matters.
